By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Advance Payment
To initiate a project, an advance payment may be required.
For standard projects, the advance payment is generally ₹1000 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Eligibility Before Work Starts
Advance payments may be eligible for a refund only if project work has not yet started.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
No Refund After Work Starts
Once design, development, strategy, consultation, or any project-related work has started, payments become non-refundable.
This includes:
- Website design work
- Development work
- Landing page creation
- SEO setup
- Research and planning
- Content preparation
- Custom revisions
- Technical setup
Time, resources, and labor invested in the project are considered billable once work begins.
Client Delays & Inactive Projects
Clients are expected to provide necessary content, approvals, and communication on time.
If a client becomes inactive or unresponsive for more than 3 consecutive days, the project may be paused, delayed, archived, or closed depending on the situation.
Creelify is not responsible for timeline delays caused by client inactivity.
Revisions
We provide revisions based on the agreed project scope.
Standard projects generally include up to 3 revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions beyond the included limit may require additional charges.
Dissatisfaction & Revision Policy
If a client is not satisfied with the work:
- Revision requests may be submitted within the project scope
- Refunds will not be issued once work has started
- Revisions are the primary resolution method
Creelify reserves the right to determine whether requests fall within the original project scope.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Third-party software/tools
- Plugin purchases
- API services
- Advertising spend
- Custom development work
- Completed milestones
- Maintenance plans already billed
Subscription & Maintenance Plans
Certain services may operate on recurring billing or subscription models.
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscription or maintenance plans may renew automatically.
Refunds are generally not provided for already renewed billing periods.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Creelify before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback attempts may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of project access
- Legal recovery action where applicable
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Actual credit timing may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Policy Updates
Creelify reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
